Not my wife's old Comcast TV & Internet acct...it was stopped and my name was on it...
But I have an Xfinity Mobile acct for just my cellphone...
Everywhere I login it goes to the wife's closed acct...
Where's MY acct??
Apparently, you are using the login/password of a profile associated with your wife's old Comcast account. You should have a unique login/password profile for your Xfinity Mobile account. Maybe there is a way of requesting the forgotten login/password for that account when you start the login process?
You’ve brought up a great point here in the forum. Having your account information and full access to your account is vital to getting the most from Xfinity Mobile so I want to make sure we get this resolved for you.
