They re ran my CC this morning, but no shipping info yet. I kind of need to know as the package requires a signature so I have to make arrangements for someone to be home.
Has anyone received a shipping E-mail with tracking that had an ETA of 11/13 when the order was placed?
I ordered the same exact phone as you. The first order they messed up, charged my card then when I called back to fix, they cancelled first order which was regular iphone 12 pro. Re-ordered the 12 pro max pacific blue 256 gb and charged my card again. They said refund could take up to 5 days. Nothing recevied as far as refund of their first mistake or shipping info. Will call them tomorrow.
Nothing for me yet, I went to the local Xfinity store to try and pick one up and was told the all Xfinity Pro Max orders were delayed and no stores even got any in.
I first got notice of Fedex tracking on Tuesday, November 10th. On Thursday it got picked up for Standard Overnight in Texas and started through Fedex system through Memphis and went to Quebec Canada!
Mobile Chat says they dont have record of my order.
Mobile Phone Representative says it looks like I wasn't home for delivery. I told them I live in Michigan, not Canada.
