With all due respect, they are not offering me an alternative to have my number active. I need my active services since this is why Covid 19 is happening, I could not work and at this moment I am waiting for my pay for my new job and that takes time since I started working and I need my telephone services. Please, the government has been very emphatic that the agencies should not charge us and even less eliminate our services for non-payment and if we do, the clients must report them immediately to the relevant agencies. I want you to please give me two or three weeks in which I begin to charge and please that the services are not eliminated since they urge me since my daughters need the internet to study.
