Changing from Gen1 to Gen2 Plans

Can existing users still not change from Gen1 to Gen2 plans?  I can't figure out how.

Thanks!

yes you can but you lose the free 100 mb. that may seem like a small thing but it keeps my bill to $6.50 a month for two lines because we just use our phones for talk and text. Just contact customer service to get it done.

You need  to call Xfinity Mobile

See the comparison below:

Just received this email from Xfinity Mobile. I presume that means Gen2 for all customers starting October 29.

"We have updated the Xfinity Mobile customer agreement. The new agreement has been in effect for customers activating after August 1, 2019. On October 29, 2019 it will become effective for all customers who activated an account prior to August 1".
