Cell phone will not activate

installed files from backup to my Moto e6 but phone will not activate 

would like to schedule a chat with tech support agent but phone not working

this is my 3rd post to this Forum - no replies 

have Xfinety router maybe it's unhappy with my adding xfinity cell phone 

what should I do
