Cannot get my phone activated

I received confirmation from ATT stating that my phone was unlocked.  I also received an email confirmation saying that my mobile number has been ported to Xfinity.  However, when I insert the sim card into my phone it does not get activated. I receive an error that says cannot activate.  I have been without mobile service for 2 days.  Please help

Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.

OK, I belive I sent you a DM with all of the info.

 

Please help as I have been without mobile service for the entire weekend.  Definitelty nee to get this escalateded ASAP
