I received confirmation from ATT stating that my phone was unlocked. I also received an email confirmation saying that my mobile number has been ported to Xfinity. However, when I insert the sim card into my phone it does not get activated. I receive an error that says cannot activate. I have been without mobile service for 2 days. Please help
