Cannot get ahold of a human

Unbelievably horrible service. I am attempting to transfer my number from xfinity to a new carrier (because of the complete lack of regard xfinity has for their customers). It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually talk to a real person. My new provider is responsive and at work. How on earth can a company operate like Comcast or xfinity and still be in business. I need help on this issue (and it seems like thousands of others are in the same boat).

You should be able to transfer your number without having to call. Have you been unable to do that?
