I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Xfinity who told me it was an Apple issue who told me it was an Xfinity issue back to Xfinity who again blamed it on Apple. In Settings on my watch, the Plan says "No SIM" and the Status is "No Connection". Any suggestions @ComcastChrisL ?

Problem resolved! After reading many of these messages I called Xfinity and asked them to deactivate my watch from my account. I then repaired it and it worked!
