Can I bring a Verizon Samsung Galaxy A50?
I don't currently have servics and I'm watching my budget. I found this A50 on Amazon. I understand that Xfinity uses the Verizon network. Could I buy this and bring it to Xfinity?

Hello @Bamyasi51,
Thanks for posting to the XM Forum! It’ll be my pleasure to provide further info on this matter.
I looked into the link that you added and see that the devices are refurbished from a previous carrier. As of now, the Samsung A50 from other carriers are not supported via the XM BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program.
Some open market A50’s are compatible with BYOD but that entails having to purchase at retail price and furthermore confirm the IMEI compatibility. I’ve added the following link - https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/bring-your-own-phone-details - that provides an overview of XM’s BYOD program. In the article you’ll find a link for the IMEI checker or you can click on this next link - https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/byod.
Let me know of any other questions that you may have.
Chris

i would read the online reviews 1st but you could buy it and try it for your self and see if it works or not and if not you can return it for a refund

Don't hold your breath - XM's own A50's don't work well on their network! VM does not work, wifi calling does not disconnect meaning you have no service after leaving wifi until you airplane on/off!
