Seriously, I cannot believe that my outgoing caller ID is showing as "Wireless Caller" and not my name! Switching over from Verizon just this month, it never occurred to me that my name would not be present when I call someone! Not all people have my phone number memorized and therefore some calls go unanswered.
I have read several posts here from others who have this issue since at least the beginning of this year, and I called your customer support, and I am flabbergasted to think that this is not an issue that can be fixed and has been dragging on for this long a period!
I would like to know how it is being worked on - I understand it is something between you and Verizon. I am certain I am not alone with this problem!
