I received 2 Xfinity Mobile phones for my business after being promised they would have certain features. Those features turned out to not be available after I had gone through the entire activation process, and I cancelled the phones and returned them. Now a month later, Xfinity has billed my credit card for taxes and fees. I tried calling them but my estimated wait time "Is more than 60 minutes". I've been on hold now for 23 minutes. I don't recommend this company as they haven't figured out their products or customer service. I give up.
