BYOD - Any Dual Sim Phones Compatible?

Are there any Dual Sim phones (physical Sim cards, not eSim) that are compatible with Xfinity?  Anyone had luck locating one?  If so, link or model number?

Hello hollywoodlaw,

Thanks for taking the time to post to the Xfinity Mobile forum, and I hope you’ll pardon my delay in responding.  It’ll be my pleasure to do my best to help.

My understanding is that currently, there are no Android Dual SIM phones sold in the U.S.  Also, I have yet to come across a dual SIM phone that allows for 2 physical SIM cards.  Both of the previous statements, I have not been able to confirm beyond a shadow of a doubt.

As it relates to Xfinity Mobile, you could obtain one of the following devices and have it use an actual physical SIM card from Xfinity Mobile and an eSIM from another service provider that supports eSIM technology;

iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR and later models feature a Dual SIM.

Currently, Xfinity Mobile does not support eSIM for mobile phones.  Hope this helps.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

Please confirm for us. We recently purchased an Apple SE with the idea of adding an ESIMM card for when my daughter is in Mexico. Contrary to this post, upon calling tech support to open IMEI2 to use the ESIMM that was purchased, we were told first that the phone had to be "unlocked" and second that Xfinity does not support ESIMM usage even using another provider, that we would have to "deactivate" the phone from the Xfinity account before it could be used with another provider in Mexico. Can you please confirm if that is incorrect before I spend another 2+ hours waiting to get too the right person...
