BYOD Android
Xfinity add says Bring Your Own Phone and save money. The problem is I have a Motorola Moto G4 and unfortunately I cannot bring this phone on another line. I have XM service, I purchased an iPhone from them and have been pleased with XM service. Xfinity offers Motorola phones for sale but they won’t let you bring them as BYOD. I put the SIM card from the iPhone into the Moto as a test and it seems to work fine. So Xfinity when can we bring anything other than iPhones and Samsung Galaxy as BYOD?

Hi Surf8226, thank you for reaching out to us on the Xfinity Mobile forum. My apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry. I can certainly appreciate your question regarding our bring your own device options.
We are currently in the process of allowing more devices to come to Xfinity Mobile. At this time, there is not a specific date for when we will extend the offer for Motorola devices. We are constantly working to update and improve our network overall.
Please bear with us, once there is an update for the bring your own device options there will be communication sent. Please feel free to reach out if you should have any other questions or concerns.
