Apple watch "Unable to Configure Cellular Plan"

Hey Guys!  I'm trying to set up a series 3 apple watch and connect to cellular, but am receiving this error message.  I spent 3 hours on the phone with support last night but was unable to resolve the issue.  I already tried the suggestions outlined at https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-Mobile/Can-not-activate-cellular-on-apple-watch-5-dreaded-uh-oh/td-p/3273535

 

Anyone able to assist?   Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Nothing on this one? I've tried everything the forums have suggested and still get the same error message. Spent two days talking to customer service. I've now been paying for cell service on the watch for 3 weeks and haven't been able to use it
