Apple watch not getting activated after an un-pair and re-pair
I had unpaired my previous apple watch ( series 6) and try to pair a new apple watch( series 6). Obviously the first pairing itself had hiccup for couple of days after which it got paired. Anyways for the new watch , the line shows the old watch IMEI number and not able to pair with new watch due to this( probably). Also since i had maxed out on my lines they would probably have to delete this line and only then i can try adding again. Contacted all tier1/tier2/tier3 etc . Now the case is with some team who is supposed to respond within 72 hours. 72 hours passed and when I contacted customer care again they said it might be 72 business hours. Hopefully they dont say 72 business days after sometime. Anyone else had similar experience ?
