3 months ago I bought this model directly from Apple, based on the Comcast website telling me this model WAS compatable. Then, 2 months ago and $1,500.00 in the hole, I checked the website again, giving my iPhone's IMEI, and was told AGAIN that it WAS compatable. Now, ready to connect, I am told that my same IMEI is NOT compatable. <Edited> Smells like an account problem between Apple and Comcast, as the physical phone is exactly the same. What can be done? <Edited>
