I have ordered an iPhone 11 with xfinity mobile. After recieving it I activiated it and transfered my old AT&T number to xfinity immidiately. Later I double-checked with the agent, they say I have to pay by month to get the $200 promotion, but I bought it out one time.
I can definately return the iPhone, transfer the number back to other carriers, then re-purchase the phone on a month-to-month payment, then again make the transfer to Xfinity. But this is so complicated and troublesome that I don't really want to do. Is there any other way for me to redeem the $200 discount?
