For heaven's sake i hope Chris comes to the resuce or xfinity end up solving this issue!!!
The same dreaded Uh-Oh message! after talking to 3 agents, 5 different chat agents and 2 different stores and raising an escalation ticket I finally have yet to receive a solution!
I'm seriously considering porting out, it would be worth spending extra $$$ to have a half decent service compared to xfinity mobile!
I have the same issue. I've now come to believe Xfinity does not support Apple Watch. Ian in customer service has not been honest or forthcoming with me. I think he's in a lottery with the other customer support people to see how often they can get someone to see "uh-oh." The issue is with Xfinity and they don't know how to fix it. Trying to find everywhere I can lodge a complaint.
