I recently purchased 2 Galaxy S10e phones to replace fully paid for iPhones during the $300 VISA GC promo. Initially I saw one pending GC in the reward center, not 2. In the last week or two, there are now no GC showing in the reward center.
I've written at least 2 emails to customer with no response. Please help.

In your private reply please include the following information so that I may authenticate and access the account; First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file. Also, if you could provide the IMEI for the device in question that would be greatly appreciated.
