Activating Apple Watch series 3

I have not been able to activate Apple Watch which was purchased in xfinity retail store, I continue to get uh oh message....please help I have called several times and chatted several times, keep being told that a ticket was made but no one has contacted me to resolve this issue

Hi I found a work around backup your iphone on itunes then after you back it up restore iphone in itunes like erase everything on the phone then after you done it restore from backup then pair your apple watch again then it will work i promise:)
