Account and phone no SSN

I have an account for 2 years and I got 2 Iphone without SSN, but this week I tried buy 2 New Iphone and for my surprise the seller said that I cannot do it because I don't have SSN. No make sense, because I already have an account and bought 2 Iphone and paid them. What can I do?

nothing     has  you  need  a  SSN   number    and there  no  other  way  around  it  even  no if you  all  ready gotten  the  phones      how   where  you  able  too  get the  2 phones    with  out  a SSN  number  any  ways  ?
