I purchased my new XFinity mobile line along with IPhone 11 Pro Max in Sep 2019.
At that time a offer was going on, that a customer will get $250 prepaid card on pre-booking a new IPhone 11 online and using the new Xfinity phone line for at least 90 days. This is what I was told at the store in Fort Myers, FL.
However I am yet to get the prepaid card. This is really DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING.
Also, on calling the customer service I was told that you also need to port a existing number without 30 days. BUT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT IT DURING MY PRE-BOOKING OR AT THE STORE.
Also at the end of the day XFinity mobile got 1 new customer whether it’s a new phone line or somebody porting the existing line to XFinity should not matter much ideally.
Can somebody help me in this case as I think I should get the $250 prepaid card as it happened due to the confusion created at the store.
