Xfinity Flex order page broken.
I recieved an email telling me I'm eligible for Xfinity Flex, but when I get to the order page and click to order 1 of them for 0.00/mo, the screen just flashes and reloads and the part with the Monthly Plan vanishes. I can keep clicking and it just keeps reloading the page.
Does this in Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

My TV broke and I'm finally getting a new one. Wish they'd fix the site, since my peak awake hours are 10pm-7am (I'm having thyroid issues that cannot be resolved without surgery) I'm pretty much zonked most of the time, but now I can never get ahold of anybody since it's all changed due to the pandemic.
And the Comcast robot just tells me to go to the site for the Flex.. I was going to wait until the pandemic had passed and I got my thyroid taken care of, but I found out without Flex you can't get the access the special tier of the Peacock Network and get it this week instead of the middle of July. A big bummer, I thought it would just be something through a website that you could just access through the Comcast account.
Now I'd like to get the Flex now to hook up to the new TV when it arrives, but the site being broken for me (JUST for ordering Flex for some reason), and the pandemic, I'm having a blarglesnorf of a time.
Sorry if some of this doesn't make sense, I'm a bit groggy. No coronavirus for me, but allergies hit hard, a goiter is trying to choke me out, my thyroid hormones are all out of whack, and I have cabin fever. zzz. lol

Well I stayed up to call and the agent I got didn't have access to order one for me, so I got transferred to another department that just said they were all busy, kept cycling through for about 10 minutes, then told me to leave a message and hung up.

Same for me. I tried back in March when I first got marketing emails. Click the links, choose the Flex, nothing happens. Tried with Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Tried again today (September), still not working. How great is it when an internet provider can't even make a website that works.
Unless it is just a marketing ploy to get people to call in for some reason.

This has been going on for months. Trying to get help from Xfinity is impossible and frustrating. I was planning to add TV to my plan but the site is so frustrating that I am not going to do it. I tried to add Flex - nope. Tried to chat - no one but a bot available that couldn't help. No phone numbers available... So frustrated now that I don't even want xfinity anymore! If they are too ignorant to fix their site after all these months (and I see lots of complaints) then no wonder they don't have any customer service!
