The flex remote is awful!!!

Whoever designed the remote that accompanies the flex device should be fired. First of all, the toggling buttons are ridiculous and hard to use. Second, there seems to be a delay in what I’m doing on the remote as opposed to what I’m seeing on the TV which is extremely frustrating. And most importantly, if you’re going to have a voice activated feature, then make sure it works!!!! Nine times out of 10, when I push the voice activation button I get the super annoying sound that immediately lets me know it’s not going to work. And in order to get it to work, I have to push the back button about 500 times and get all the way back to the very first screen. That’s ridiculous. I should be able to hit that button no matter where I am or what I’m doing and speak into the remote. You guys need to work on this thing’s design.
