My tv is stuck on the message Welcome Connecting your entertainment experience. I have shut everything down and restarted but I’m continuing to have the same problem

Can you try pressing the WPS button on the bottom of your flex device or try connecting via ethernet to your modem and see if you can get past the Welcome Screens?
