Peacock not loading

Received my flex device and set up. Cannot get Peacock to load at all

Try rebooting your box.  4.2 FW is required for Peacock to work on Flex

How would a customer determine the firmware version? If it isn't correct, how might the customer fix the problem?

you can check in the about screen from settings or voice command "about" .   rebooting the device should pick up the latest FW if connected to the internet

I have version 4.4 and still having this issue
