I can't get Netflix to load on my new flex. It begins to load, then has a spinning circle for about 30 seconds and then an error message saying it could not reach the DNS server and will try again in 30 seconds. All the other streaming services work fine and the signal strength on my wifi is excellent.

are you using comcast's dns servers or some other?
I am having the same issue. Netflix used to work but now when I try to open it, it gives an error saying that it could not connect (error code: NW-2-4) but all of the other apps stream and connect to the internet fine. Problem persists after resetting Netflix app, after setting flex, and after restarting modem and router.
I have the same issue and yes I am using Comcast DNS servers.
Wow, no wonder Comcast is giving these boxes away. They are useless. No integration with Comcast TV and Netflix won't even launch. What a waste of time.
