Flex streaming box setup stuck on loading dots
While setting up my new flex streaming setup box I was able to connect to my internet Network and my remote. However after choosing my language and confirming the last four digits of my phone number the screen turns black and all I see are three loading dots. Those loading dots remain on the screen for over an hour without change. I have tried restarting my flexbox by pulling the usb-c cable and waiting and putting it back in. I have also tried contacting support through chat but all that does is send me to the web page that tells me to do everything that I have already done.
I have successfully connected to my Wi-Fi network as well as my ethernet network. I've confirmed that I have internet because I'm using it right now to send this message.
