The new Xfinity Flex out of the box only has a green screen and then a red screen after start up. It is new, out of the box. What can I do? Customer support has a 2 hour hold time and hangs up on me after 45 minutes.
Mine is only showing a green screen. I’ve been trying to get this to work for almost a month! Only in the last week of trying has the “welcome” screen come up before going green. Following in hopes of someone’s idea
