Flex language support

We just hooked up our new Flex box and most things seem to work correctly.  However, my wife likes to watch some Youtube videos and channels of Chinese origin, and the Chinese fonts are not showing up in the Youtube listings.  We just see empty boxes instead of Chinese characters.  Previously, we were using an old Android TV box that didn't have this problem.  Is there a way of downloading additional fonts to the Flex box, or some other workaround?  Since many customers are of an international origin, I am sure this would apply to other languages as well.

Same problem for me.

Unicode support should be included in the box, so at least the foreign characters can be displayed appropriately.

Gish, Comcast Flex seems the only stream box that does not support Asian characters, why?

I have the same problem. the chinese character showed up for 3 months for us when we installed the box but the texts turned into boxes all the sudden. if it doesn’t support chinese we wouldn’t see them initially. but I am not sure. can comcast fix this already?

I was told by chat agent that flex only support English and Spanish.  Not very multicultural.  This is strange since every other streaming device, such as apple tv, fire tv, PS4 support Chinese characters on Youtube.

just FYI, the chinese characters show up for us in the first 3 months, and then the characters turned into boxes suddenly on one day... and we were really upset, that was since 2 years ago...
