Flex issues

First Flex box I got would just skip over language and network setup to phone number activation. Even bought a patch cord to try hardwire to the network. Gave up and returned for a new box. The new box setup as expected, signed into peacock for free premium service, about 15 minutes into a movie the screen went blank. After resetting all that will appear is EPIX (subscription required), selecting APPS gives the error message that the app services are unavailable at this time, try again later. Resetting now eventually results in a black screen, pushing a button gets "sorry , we're having some trouble. Restart." Since, repeat. Think I may be done with Flex.

I am having similar issues, I can start a show on Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, etc and about 15 minutes in I get sent back to the home screen for no reason.

Third box is working, after calling support at the number on the screen and having some issues "fixed" with my account (don't know what they were) and having an update(?) pushed to the Flex - no problems since.
