There seems to be no way to get a flex box. The link doesn't work, sends me to "I'm sorry contract us" which brings me to the automated help which ultimately sends me back where I started.

Ditto here. I've been trying the link since mid-March and always get the "We're Sorry. Xfinity Storefront isn't available to you right now..." It's annoying.
Having the same issue. Just found out that the Flex existed in an ad for Peacock during Saturday night live. Which is odd as you'd think they would inform their customers. Anyway I logged into my account on the website and managed to find where you can click "get flex" only to be taken to a page that just says: "You can already get the entertainment you love anywhere, on any device with the Xfinity Stream App." How is that relevant? Also great to see that the first post in this thread is 2 weeks old and has recieved no actual help. What's the point of having your own forums if you're not going to help the people on them.

How pathetic Comcast's web designers must be... so far this flex thing is just a big annoying joke with no way to contact comcast. Using the automated phone thing just makes me want to throw their modem in the street.

I'm having the exact same issue, and the stores in my area seem to be all closed. Is there another way to get a Flex box?
