can't get one either... when i click for one device, it still says Please select an option and the "next" button goes away. When I try to open a chat the window never fully loads. How pathetic Comcast's web designers must be... so far this flex thing is just a big annoying joke with no way to contact comcast. Using the automated phone thing just makes me want to throw their modem in the street.
I'm having the same problem where I'm taken to a page that just says: "You can already get the entertainment you love anywhere, on any device with the Xfinity Stream App." and no option to order the Flex box AFTER clicking on "Get Flex"! 😕
