I recently had a trouble call for my phone service being out, and the tech replaced our voice modem. After that, the xFi app suddenly tied to this new voice modem and not my primary gateway (that I set up my profiles and rules on). I have talked to advanced tech support and they said it can only be fixed in the back end by them, and they fixed it, but it still isn't fixed. How can I fix this so I can manage my home network? Help!
