iPhone 11 issue with Pods

My wife (i11) is having issues with WiFi connectivity every since we installed the pods. Neither myself (i8) nor our son (i10) are having problems.

Has anyone else had issues?
Possible solutions?

I am sorry to hear this.   Has your wife tried to reset her network settings in the phone and then reconnect back to the xFi pods?
