account will not let me log in
I am trying to log into my xFi account to change my wifi password. I can log in and get to the xfinity homescreen, but when I click on "My Account" it displays this error message: A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.
Then it brings me to a page that says: Thanks for your purchase, Amy! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.
I've had this for over a month, so it is not a new account. Please help -- just need to login and change my wifi password. Thank you, Amy
