One of my devices comes up as paused when I try to browse the internet or open apps. It is NOT listed on my xfi app as a device that I can unpause. I am so frustrated, almost livid. I have reset router, phone, several times and nothing works. I have called comcast and the rep was not helpful, I guess she did not know how to fix the issue herself so she suggested I call Apple. I called apple and they aid if the phone is functioning properly, which it is, they can not help me since it is obviously an issue with wifi connectivity with comcast! My phone connects to other comcast wifi networks no issues. IT appears that my device is stuck in limbo somehwre and I need help trying to figure out how to unpause something that is not on list? I have tried to log in from othger devices and nothing!! Please help!!!!!!
