XFi devices not showing.

XFi devices not showing.

I have a gateway of the model DPC3941T. Around two years ago I stopped using it because I bought a Motorola gateway that recently has stopped working. I got the Xfinity provided gateway I listed earlier and set it up and everything seems to be working just fine, except for 1-2 things. 1, the devices won't show in the XFi app although they do when I put the router address in the browser, and 2, I can't port forward because I can't see the devices. I have checked and all the devices are connected to the gateway's WIFI. The firmware of the gateway is: DPC3941_3.0p16s1_PROD_sey , anything I can do?
