XFi Telling Me to Upgrade when I already have

I just moved and received my new modem from Xfinity today. I am trying to set it up, but the app keeps saying that I have to upgrade to the newest equipment and when I follow the link to upgrade, it tells me that I already have the latest equipment. I have tried to delete the other account/past address but it says I no longer have service there or access to that account. Not sure what to do

Hi,  Please call in and speak to a Comcast agent and ask them to switch over your Comcast user ID/email account from your old address to your new address/account.  Then try and sign into the xFi app and it should work for you.  Please reply back to us if it doesn't and then we can go from there.
