XFi App Downtime Pause not working

Feature had worked for a long time, now profile of my daughter shows paused but the devices are still able to connect. How do I fix this? It started a few weeks ago. I have rebooted, removed and reset profiles... still won’t work.

I'm having the same problem, it does not matter if I'm setting up from my mobile or from my laptop. Additionally the schedule I set up and "apply" often later gets changed to random times.
