There's no longer any way to port-forward without XFi, and XFi is down

I'm trying to set up a port forward on my home router, but it only allows me to do it through XFi. However, when I log in to XFi, it just gives a "Could not connect" error in the browser. In the app, it says it can log in, but can't find my account details.
