Please, anyone! This is super frustrating. I own a house in one county and rent it out - I kept the Xfinity account for them. I moved to another house, and have an Xfinity account there (the accouints are linked to me but have different acct #'s and I can switch back and forth online and in the app) we have a weird floorplan and the wifi won't reach the back room - I bough the little xfi pods (3pack) and to set up I need to download the xfi app. Done - EXCEPT THAT IT WILL ONLY REGISTER MY OTHER HOUSE! So how do I switch accounts on the xfi app or get it to only read my current actual physical location so that I can set up the little pods! thank you!

I apologize for the frustration having the linked accounts have caused you. We have been moving away from having accounts linked do to situations like this.
