I just had my Comcast services installed and I need to set up a port forward on the new xFi Gateway.
I can see my local device in the dropdown menu for the port forward setup, but there is no option to specify what port to send the traffic to. I need to forward specifically to port 80 on my local device for it to fuction. Phone support so far has been unable to fix this. How can port forward to a specific port?
Good luck to anyone with this same issue. Five plus hours of my life wasted with phone support trying to get this fixed have gotten nowhere. They claim it's not a feature of the gateway and there's nothing they can do.
I can go out and buy my own modem and fix it myself, but they expect me to pay an additional $50 per month for the privilage if I want to keep unlimited data that comes with their broken gateway. I canceled my service.
