Port Forwarding "Access not authorized"
Is there a simple fix to this "You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service" message? I'm signed in through my ID and it says that, I sign in through my comcast.net email and it says that, I sign in through my regular email and it says that. I found a fix involving the xFi app which I downloaded, but when I attempt to login to fix it, the same error pops up! It's ridiculous, I can't login no matter where I go.

Hello, we are sorry for the frustration you seem to be having. While i do not have the benefit of seeing your equipment, I do know that that error is most common when you either a) have your own modem and therefore are not qualified for Xfinity xFi, or b) do not have one of the xFi capable modems.
Your modem must be one of the following models:
XB7- CGM4331COM
XB6- TG3482G and CGM4140COM
XB3- DPC3939, DPC3941T, and TG1682G
Anything outside of this and you will get that message. I hope this information helps.
Thanks
