People Profiles issue

Hi
I am using XFi app to set schedules for my kids to have wifi. The schedules work fine, so internet is paused on their devices as programmed (no internet gaming). However, I am seeing that Youtube, Netflix and Google is not affected by the “pause”, so they continue with access to those sites even during the blackout times. How can I change that?
