Initial Xfi Setup/ APP NOT WORKING!
My XFinity Xfi app isn't working. Every time I try to use the app, I get an error message that says "Let's Try That Again. we had some trouble accessing your account. Please try again."Does anyone know what is causing this? My account is brand new. I just started got my Xfinity equipment and need to get on the app so I can get my internet up and running. I have XFinity internet and flex. I have installed the app. I log in, then I get the error. I have uninstalled and installed the app on multiple apps. I have tried talking to some customer support and still no solution. I just simply want wifi. Please help!
