How to get rid of Protected Browsing......

I've had xfinity for a few months now and I still can't figure out how to turn off Protected Browsing. I'll be going to a completely safe site (such as the Regal Cinemas website) and it will block me from it completely. I've followed the directions to where the button is supposed to be, but the only option is to disable or enable xFi Advanced Security, which I've already done. I cannot find any button or tab that mentions Protected Browsing. I'm getting really sick of it so I thought I'd come here to see if anyone else has figured it out.
