Free XFi pods

I filled out the form to get the free xFi pods but I don’t know if it went through. How do I get confirmation and estimate on when will get the pods?

To cover our whole house with a consistent signal need the pods. I believe I did the assessment and it came back saying the same.
Can someone assist?
