Data Usage Details
I was dissapointed to find that the mobile app has no additional detail about data usage that can't be found on the website. The information is completely insufficient for actually trying to figure out where and when excessive data is being used. All it tells you is the amount used to date - nothing is said about what type of data or when in the usasge period the data was used.
I find this inexcusable for a plan that is charged for by the amount of data one uses. I think Xfinity needs to step it up in this area.

Has anyone had luck with this? I saw a doubling of data usage last month, but no detail to understand what days, devices, or downloads drove the usage. I never cared before, but with the rollout of a data cap, it is unacceptable to not be able to produce those details so consumers can take action.
