6 devices show not connected

6 devices show not connected

Under Xfinity-xfi - All devices are connected to my household, but only 9 show as connected and 6 not connected. How do I connect the other 6 or get them to show as connected?

Hi Excalibur-flstf, it sounds like some of those devices either may not be turned on or actively using the Wi-Fi at that moment. The other thing it could be is if they are old devices that you no longer have until they are deleted it may still show them as connected to the Xfinity app (formerly known as xFi app). For instance my Wi-Fi grill doesn't show as connected on my app, but the grill is not actively being used at this moment even though the Wi-Fi is connected. When I turn it on though it will then show as connected. Can you check one of the 6 devices and see if it is actively using the Wi-Fi?
