Xfinity stream app not showing all recordings

My stream app isn't showing all the recordings that are available on my DVR. I have 3 recordings on my DVR that were made today, yet only one of them is showing up on the stream app. All of the other recordings were made days ago. I only have 4 hours of recordings saved on my stream app and my DVR is only 30% full so I'm not sure why this is happening but it's extremely frustrating.

if you don't delete the copies on your home DVR (deleting and restoring stops the ability) then the official employee that will respond on here usually within 3 days can check the logs to determine why the cloud recording did not happen.

I'm having the same problem. Has anyone helped you to resolve it?

if your home DVR still has the recordings then the current limit of 60 hours on your stream app causes the removal of older recordings from the cloud DVR as new recordings are added.
